Tips For Laminate Floor Board Maintenance
- In special areas susceptible to dirt, for example, at the front door, door mats protect against wear.
- You should fit felt pads under furniture bases and feet to prevent scratches. If you do not do this, your warranty claim can expire.
- You should fit office chairs with castors with soft chair castors made of rubber.
- You should always avoid standing water or other liquids; you should take particular care with flower pots, vases and wherever there are water taps.
- For regular cleaning we recommend to vacuum first, then mop the floors with a very slightly damp cloth.
- If you clean your laminate flooring with cleaning agents, please ensure that no residues remain on the floor.
- Never use cleaning agents or care products containing wax or oil; they cannot penetrate the laminate flooring and for a film on the surface which attracts dirt like a magnet.
- Never clean your laminate flooring with a very wet cloth; use a very slightly damp cloth only to clean it.
